Joseph Joseph Elevate™ Fusion 5-piece Knife & Scissor Set with Beechwood Block

I've been using these knives for a few weeks now and they are razor sharp. The Japanese steel really holds an edge. The beechwood block looks stunning on my counter, and the Elevate technology keeps the blades from touching the surface, which is a nice touch. Couldn't be happier with this set.

These knives feel professional. The chef's knife is my go-to for everything. The scissors are sturdy and easy to clean. The block is compact but holds everything nicely. Definitely worth the money, especially at this discount.

The knives are fantastic, especially the paring knife. The steel is high quality. However, the scissors, while functional, are not as sharp as I expected. They still cut through packaging and herbs, but they could be better. Overall, a solid set.

The floating blades are genius! It keeps the blades off the counter, so it's more hygienic and they don't get scratched. The handle is also comfortable, and the wood block looks classic. My daughter, who is in her twenties and loves cooking, was impressed too.

Good knives, but the block takes up more space than I thought. And the smallest knife can't be used with the magnetic strip inside the block unless you align it just right. Not a deal breaker, but something to know.
