I live in a small apartment and this trash compactor has been amazing. It really compacts the trash to a fraction of the volume, so I only have to take it out every few days. It's sturdy and looks sleek in my kitchen. A bit pricey but worth it.

However, the bag can sometimes get torn on the compaction process, and the smell can be an issue if you don't empty it regularly. Also, the starter set only includes a few bags, but you can buy more.
